Ya sea a sabiendas o intencionalmente, es sumamente ilegal manufacturar, repartir, u obtener una sustancia controlada.

Una Sustancia controlada es una droga que hace que el sistema nervioso se alenté o se estimule. En otras palabras, una sustancia controlada es una droga o químico el cual la fabricación, dispersión, o posesión es inaceptable por el gobierno.

Si un individuo es culpable de haber cometido una de estas ocurrencias ya mencionadas, ese cierto individuo será apto a cinco o diez años en la cárcel. Todo depende de la cantidad de droga que estuvo implicada en el descubrimiento. Ahora, si el individuo ya ha tenido condenas anteriores, entonces la pena ya no será de cinco o diez años, sino de veinte años en prisión.

Whether it’s knowingly or intentionally, it is highly illegal to assemble, administer, or obtain a controlled substance.

A controlled substance is a drug that either slows down or stimulates the nervous system. In other words, a controlled substance is a drug or chemical whose fabrication, dispersion, or possession, is unacceptable by the government.

If an individual is found to be guilty of committing any of these previous mentioned occurrences, then that certain individual may be apt to five or ten years in prison. It all depends on the amount of drug that was involved in the occurrence. Now, if this individual has had prior guilty sentences, then the penalty will be magnified by twenty years in prison.

Conducir en estado de ebriedad en Texas: Primera Ofensa

Es altamente ilegal conducir en estado de ebriedad en el estado de Texas. Conducir en estado de ebriedad es el acto de conducir en estado de haber estado bebiendo alcohol hasta en punto en que las habilidades motoras y mentales se deterioran. Hay sanciones que se dan a la persona que viole esta ley. En este artículo, la primera ofensa será explicada.

Cometer un delito de estado de embriaguez la primera vez es lo mismo que un delito Clase B. Habrá una multa que no excederá de $ 2,000. También habrá la cárcel que no será menos de 72 horas y no será más de seis meses. El plazo mínimo de la cárcel será por lo menos seis días si hubo un recipiente de alcohol abierto en el vehículo. El servicio comunitario también es obligatorio. No habrá menos de 24 horas de servicio comunitario y no se excederá a más de 100 horas.

Texas “Driving While Intoxicated” Penalties: First Offense

It is highly illegal to drive while intoxicated in the state of Texas. Driving while intoxicated is the act of driving while having been drinking alcohol to the point where motor and mental skills are impaired. There are offenses that are given to the individual that violates this law. In this article, the first offense will be explained.

Committing a driving while intoxicated first offense is the same as a Class B Misdemeanor. There will be a fine that will not exceed $2,000. There will also be jail that will not be less than 72 hours and no more than six months. The minimum term of jail will be at least six days if there was an open container in the car. Community service is also obligatory. There will be no less than 24 community service hours and no more than 100 hours.

Most people that are convicted from a first driving while intoxicated offense will have to endure a 1 to 2 year probation trial. They will be supervised until those years are done. There are also conditions of supervision that the individual will have to complete. The following are the requirements that need to be completed.

Posesión de Armas

Como ya se ha dicho en el código penal de Texas, hay muchos tipos de armas que los paisanos pueden o no pueden usar. Poseer, llevar, disparar un arma inapropiadamente, o hacer uso de ciertas armas en la comisión de un crimen en Texas, son todas serias violaciones hacia el estado.

Como ya había sido mencionado, existen varios tipos de armas que los paisanos pueden y no pueden usar. Existen también, ciertas circunstancias en las que el paisano puede o no, hacer uso de estas armas. Si un individuo viola esta ley, cargos cruciales serán presentados ante el individuo que traspasó la ley. En adición, el individuo tendrá que superar penas serias.

Ahora, si el cierto individuo vende o regala un arma a alguien más, o si un niño llega a alcanzar esta arma, el individuo no solo confrontara penas serias, sino también tendrá que confrontar varios años en prisión.

As said in the Texas Penal Code, there are different types of weapons civilians can and cannot own. Owning, carrying, shooting a weapon inappropriately, or making use of certain weapons in the commission of a crime in Texas, are all found to be serious violations.

As already mentioned, there are various types of weapons civilians are and aren’t allowed to use. There are also certain circumstances in which the civilian may or may not make us of these weapons. If an individual is found to be violating this law, crucial charges will be thrown upon the individual that trespassed the violations. In addition, the individual will have to overcome serious penalties.

Now, if a certain individual sells or gives a weapon to someone else, or if a child gets to the weapon, not only will the individual face severe penalties, but he/she will also have to face jail for several years.
It is highly common for a police to stop an individual due to traffic violation and notice a weapon inside of the vehicle.  Very frequently, civilians get arrested due to the possession of weapons when confronted in front of the police for different reasons than that of weapons.
